KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ A Juvenile Court judge in Knoxville has moved the trial of a teenage boy to adult court for a burglary in which a police officer was wounded.
Seventeen-year-old Tony Dixon is charged with especially aggravated burglary.
Police charged Dixon and two men in a May 20 crime in which Officer Norman Rickman was shot several times as he responded to a burglary call.…

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ A pregnant illegal immigrant found herself shackled to a hospital bed while enduring labor after being arrested for driving without a license, according to police and her attorney.
Juana Villegas of Nashville was arrested and taken to the Davidson County Sheriff's Office on July 3 after a Berry Hill police officer pulled her over for careless driving and found she had no driver's license.…
