On Jan. 25 the 32nd Miss MTSU and Miss Middle Tennessee Blue Raider pageant took place in the Tucker Theater at 7 p.m. Jessica Hibler was crowned Miss MTSU and Tiffany Sherrell was crowned Miss Tennessee Blue Raider.
The event was hosted by Mark Libby, executive pageant director for Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and Tara Boosey, first runner up for Miss Tennessee in 1999.…
