Authorities said two men exchanged gunfire shortly before the lunch hour Monday on Highway 28 outside Whitwell Auto Parts. Shelby commissioner fined for funeral home photos

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) _ The state Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers has fined Shelby County Commissioner Joe Ford $1,000 and his funeral home an additional $1,000 for allowing photographs to be taken at the business.
